Brett Graham – friend of Futura Group and product of Hunter TAFE – is continuing his outstanding achievements in the culinary industry. His London restaurant, The Ledbury, now holds the incredible honour of being the 10th best in the world.

Brett started his career in Newcastle aged 15, working in a simple fish restaurant. He then went on to Banc Restaurant in Sydney under Liam Tomlin. Brett later moved to London and worked at The Square before venturing out to open The Ledbury.
